Metal cards material include brass, stainless steel and Aluminum material. Metal cards size can do standard ISO CR-80 85*54mm, Invitation card with 210*80mm, also can do any customized size or shapes. It need not do punch mould. Metal cards thickness include from 0.1mm till 1.2mm. Business cards and name cards usual use 0.3mm and 0.5mm. Membership cards use 0.5mm usual. The magnetic cards and smart metal cards usual 0.6mm and 0.8mm. The printing on Metal cards include silk screen printing, offset printing. We also can silk screen print individual ID number and name. Metal cards looks more great on etched and plated process. There’re etch off, half etch and normal etch process. There’re plated gold, silver, 34K gold, real silver, rose gold, black, light grey, dark grey, bronze colors. Metal card finish include sands, cloth, customized finish follow customer’s design file, brush, mirror, matt black finish. The metal cards can been done serial number, barcode, QR code, individual ID name, signature, magnetic strip, RFID chip, contact chip, glue metal pin, glue diamond etc. We’re looking forward to develop new process and new material with clients together.
